JSC VYATKA is a model company in the Russian Federation in processing shells (ø 80 - 152mm) and steel cartridge cases (ø 110 - 150mm) of unused artillery projectiles.
The Company produces special tubes from different types of steel with outer diameter from 40 to 160mm and of internal diameter from 20 to 140mm.
The technology used in the production of tubes from unused artillery projectile shells has been awarded a Gold Medal at the 45th International exhibition "Brussels - Eureca 96"
From the parts, processed from unused artillery shells and cartridge cases, and in co-operation with machine building plants in Russia, are produced conveyor rolls for the various branches of the mining, oil and gas industries, parts and cartridge cases for the production of hydro and pneumatic cylinders as well as tubes for kardan shafts.
From tube parts produced from other types of steel are manufactured spare parts for tracked parts in tractors, as well as other spares for the automotive industry.
JSC VYATKA in co-operation with machine building plants as per technical specifications also manufactures equipment for processing of recyclable materials from unused artillery shells, including assembling and maintanence. The period for production and installation of such equipment varies between 1 to 1.5 years
